Dear Diary,

Seeing night view drive me blurry mind. nothing but lies. That was yesterday picture. Sitting there today is too windy. 

I download bunch of exercise app and promised myself I will do it.  Nothing but lies. 

But wait it’s not too late. I will do NTC app tomorrow morning.

Theonewithapen, Thanks advice. Five minutes good time efficiency. I try absolutely five min. Over thirty minutes consecutive a week was bad starts.

You can start with very small.Like 5 mins of exercise a day.That'll get into action more quickly.I used to take up huge tasks on myself and planned for hours,in the end whenever I couldn't do it,I sarted being disappointed & making up excuses.Now instead of that,I try to follow with my 5 mins than huge tasks,always better than nothing.Blessings 🌙
