Dear Diary, today i was out with friends. from the beginning of the day, my dad has been shouting, my brother shouting, and i have been walking all day with this heaviness upon my chest. my boyfriend keeps undermining me as if im stupid or a 4 yo with no brain. i’m tired. i’m tired and drained and my heart is heavy. i wish i didnt have to use this qpp.
