Apple Bakes 🍰 - Failed Rollcake

Dear Diary,

Today is my first time making rollcakes. Yesterday I already make the pineapple jam because it is one of my family favorite to put inside the rollcake. When I bake the very first rollcake it succeeded. I was quite pleased with the result. 

So I decided to make the second one bcs I was planning to give it to my boyfriend. But sadly it didn’t work out, the rollcake starts to crack when i try to roll it. Wow it’s so annoying😡!!. So I decided to make the third one it did break too. Hufff😤 So I ask my PhoPho for the recipe. 

I hope that the next rollcake that I made will be better than this time.
