Dear Diary, ok, today is going better. I am really trying to not get my hopes up because I don't want to be disappointed again. But we started the refinance on our home and tapping into the equity. Doing this will pay off my husbands new truck he just got in february, and pay off my student loan. This will be saving us $700 a month on our household bills.
As long as the appraisal goes through, which it should, this will make us feel a whole lot better about being denied transfering to where we want to move too, and for not finding a house locally we would like to upgrade too within our price range.
