Need to change my diet. I have been eating way too much junk food, and not enough exercise. Seriously got to do something about it - just need my motivation back. It's crazy. Been feeling like an absolute slob lately. Major brain fog. Just do not want to do anything anymore. It's ridiculous. Just hope I can get back to my normal self. 

How can I get my motivation back? I just need to stop feeling sorry for myself, and just get up and start doing things. There, I answered my own question.
