After much time and consideration I feel it’s finally time to slowly release this. Over the last 8 years I’ve changed. Like all of us. And from those changes I’ve experienced some overwhelming personal, professional and spiritual growth. 

Through that growth there has been challenges. Obstacles that at that particular moment in time felt like that whatever I put towards it, there was no defeating it. There’s been happiness, heartache, love and hope. 

I have made new friends and equally lost friends. Found success and failed. But through it all there’s been lessons learnt. Valuable lessons for some. Lessons of no worth for others.

For those that know me well, and for those that don’t. For those for whatever means have come across this journal. This page. Whatever it eventually transpires to be. I hope that somewhere, amidst my words, my emotions, my openness - that you find something that’s been missing. 

We all have a voice. I’m opening mine up to you, in hope that you open yours to others.
