Dear Diary,

Day 10 and i feel so tired. I've been light headed lately. Everytime i stand up i need about 2 minutes until it goes away. This effeced the exercise today. I only did 2 video when i was suppose to do 4. 


I suspect that its because i havent adjusted my diet. What i mean is i wasn't eating enough. How i eat now was how i ate when i wasn't doing any exercise so i didnt eat a lot and i still fely fine. 


Now that im exercising tho i birn thru it quickly and get more hungry. I thought it was me just having cravings(which i didnt give in to) or just being thirsty so i didnt really. 


I forgot that i needed to slowly increase my food intake. This actually happened to me before when i first strated running. It was fine at first but then i started getting weaker the longer it went since i wasn't supplying my body with enough fuel. 


Well let this be a lesson for you guys. Jist male sure you don't eat too mich junk food or sugary stuff. When you start doing more intense exercise yoir gonna run out of energy a lot if you don't eat enough. Don't make it a habit to eat a lot tho cause once you stop exercising and you take in all that food ypur just gonna gain eerything you worked so hard to loose. I would know. 


I' ll make sure to work extra hard tomorrow to make up for today. For now i'm just gonna start fixing my diet so it doesnt become a problem again.
