Dear Diary,

Today the 6th day of chloe ting 2 week shred. Yesterday was scheduled as an acyive rest day so i didnt bother to update but i did still workout but only one video since i cant really do much in quarantine.

Today was three videos and i improved again suprisingly. I thought iwould be slower cause of the rest day but i feel more energetuc doing the exercises today.

More improvement in my abs, legs and arms. Which im glad about. I guess today ill talk about what ive been eatting the whole time.

Im not exactly eatting healthy but i dont dulge into tons of food either. I still eat rice but not a lot. I started eatting from small plates or bowls so that i can limit what im eatting. I also eat more fruits now as a snack like mangoes and bananas. Ilike mixing them into milk so that i feel more full.

I still eat junk food but only once or twice in a week. It was hard at first but after a while you start to loose the satisfaction pf eatting them which was good.

I still eat chocolate tho but only dark. I eat like 1 or 3 pieces from time to time. Its okay to eat these so that you wont crash and start binge eatting.

For breakfast i always eat oatmeal (chocolaye or banana flavored) with coffee but no c eam or sugar(i got used to the taste. I enjoy it a lot now) and after a while i would drink ome cup of water with one table spoon of apple cider vinegar to avoid bloating and help with bowel my bowel movement ( only once a day. Dont drink a lot of it)

So yeah that how ive been eatting. You dont have to eat completely healthy but just know how to limit your food and before you snack on something think about it if its worth it or not.

I used to have an unhealthy relationship with food. I went from eatting too much to starving myself. There was a point where food stopped being an award for me and made me feel disgusting. I also had mental issues and couldnt deal with it properly since my parents didnt really believe i that kind of stuff saying its just kids being dramatic(still love them tho) I read online that being more active helps with depression amd stuff so this encouraged me ti start working out and i must say it helps a lot. Like a huge 180.

I had to deal with all of these things by myself whih was hard but i pushed thru. Thats why i'm sharing this in hopes it helps someone out ☺️
