Dear Diary,

Omaigod. Its the 4th day of doing the chloe ting summer shred workout. Theres sich a huge difference from before. I feel stronger and im actually starting to get ab lines. 


My parents were shocked when i showed them. I still cant believe it. My stomach got a lot flatter too. I didnt even change my diet that much. I still ate bread pasta and stuff but didnt eat too much of it. I did try to avoid sweets as much as possible tho. Im so proud of myself honestly. All those times of me having a hard time and felt like dying are paying off.โœŠ๐Ÿ˜ญ


Here are my before and after pictures. My stomach debloated and got fatter and you can see the ab lines. I still cant believe it honestly.
