Your not meant to take soneone actual resources and its not always about death sometimes its just about people with problems or there good and bad drama in there life thats all and then it mixes with my parelity and goes around but i didnt use or give out my resources they dontdeserve my control or my resources because i was handling it before and its really for people who have rest of the nation whowanted them to control it
