Dear Diary,


Wanting to start off new this month. I need to tone myself. I should start waking up at 7 to work out for 30mins and fast 16hrs on Tues Weds & Thurs. Have a short eating window and workout in the afternoon. If this plan doesn't workout... I might starve myself again.

Goal month: August/September 

I will do my best like I have done before. This is a promise to myself.
